Harmony Oaks  Care is a solo placement service based in Hornchurch, providing a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people who require individualised care and support. As a solo placement, Harmony Oaks is able to provide a high level of staff support, structure, and attention, which is particularly important for young people who may have experienced trauma, placement breakdowns, or who need a more tailored approach to their care.

The service is run by Matthew Winn, who is committed to creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment where young people can begin to feel settled, build trusting relationships with staff, and develop the skills and confidence they need to move forward in their lives. The focus of the service is on safety, stability, relationships, and helping young people make positive progress.

At Harmony Oaks  Care i, the aim is to provide a structured and predictable environment where young people feel safe, listened to, and supported. The service works closely with professionals, families, and other agencies to ensure that each young person receives the right level of support and that risks are managed safely and effectively.

Harmony Oaks understands that many young people may arrive feeling anxious, angry, or unsure due to past experiences. Staff are trained to work in a calm, consistent, and trauma-informed way, helping young people to feel safer, build trust, and develop more positive ways of managing their emotions and behaviour over time.
