Children’s homes.

Safeguarding, therapeutic care, behaviour support, leadership and specialist intervention training for residential childcare teams.

Training built for children’s homes

Prepared for the responsibilities the role actually carries.

Working in a children’s home means holding responsibility for young people who often carry significant trauma, complex needs and safeguarding risk. Staff need to understand behaviour, professional boundaries, statutory duties and how to respond safely when things escalate — while inspection expectations and workforce turnover create constant pressure on training.

Our training is built with those realities in mind: sector-specific, practical and grounded in what really happens on shift.
